On behalf of the staff in the University Learning Centers (ULC) at The Pennsylvania State University, we welcome you to our study and learning strategies website titled "Foundations for Academic Success: Building the Skills to Learning & Succeeding." This site was established, in part, to coincide with the University's new first-year seminar initiative. Our attention is focused toward acquainting students with the learning tools and resources available at Penn State. In an attempt to do so, we have identified several facets of the collegiate experience that might be most relevant to you and your quest for academic success.
